HOW SBR WORKS

One tank, a smart cycle that’s why it’s cost-effective

Both of our development systems use SBR (Sequencing Batch Reactor) — the most cost-effective technology for a strong result on medium loads. Instead of needing a separate settling tank, an SBR does everything in ONE tank, in a timed cycle.

Fill

Wastewater enters the reactor.

Aerate

Air is injected; bacteria break down the pollution.

Settle

Aeration stops; treated water clears as solids settle.

Sludge

Excess sludge is returning to primary tank via airlift .

Decant

Clean treated water is drawn off the top.

Treated water extraction

Treated water is extracted via airlift in the collector .
