What we collect and why

Only what you send us through the quote form: first name, last name, phone, email, the summary of your calculation and any details you add. We use it to answer your request, call you back and prepare your quote. Nothing else, no advertising, no resale.

Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a contract.

How long we keep it

Three years after our last contact if no contract follows. If you become a client, for the time required by accounting and warranty obligations.

Who receives it

The GUAMIKENI team only. Form submissions are received through our host Netlify (United States), which acts as a processor under standard contractual clauses.

Cookies

This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies and no audience measurement. Your browser only keeps your calculator result for the time of your visit, so it can be added to your quote request.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, object to its use or ask for a copy, by writing to info@guamikeni-watertreatment.com. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can file a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
