What a compliant system is made of

In Saint-Martin, a treatment plant alone is not enough: it is a complete chain.

This is what we design, install and maintain on every French-side project, and what the SPANC checks at inspection.

1The house

All wastewater from the house (kitchen, bathrooms, laundry) goes to the system. Rainwater stays separate.

2Approved treatment plant

A compact filter or micro-station approved for individual sanitation, sized from the number of PE of your project. It treats the water.

3Daily storage tank

A buffer tank sized to hold at least the volume of water used in one day, so the treated water is stored before reuse.

4Automatic pump with alarm

A pump in the tank sends the water to the garden periodically, on its own. A control box with alarm warns you if anything goes wrong.

5Buried drip irrigation

The treated water waters your garden through a buried drip network. No contact, no smell, and the water goes back to the soil.

FAQ

Your questions

My house is not connected to the sewer. What do I need?

An approved individual treatment system: a compact filter or a micro-station, sized from the number of PE of your project, with a buffer tank and automatic pumping to a buried irrigation network.

Who handles the paperwork?

We do. We prepare the file for the SPANC, install the system to the local rules and hand over everything needed for the inspection.

My old septic tank keeps overflowing. Do I have to replace everything?

Not always. An approved Actifiltre unit can be added downstream of the existing tank. In very difficult cases, a SludgeHammer retrofit is possible, only with a special SPANC authorization.

How much does a micro-station cost in Saint-Martin?

It depends on the size of the house, the plot and the irrigation network. Send us your plans or the number of bedrooms and we send a detailed quote quickly.
